Five element acupuncture is used to help with physical problems and with emotional imbalances. Five Element Acupuncture theory states that we are only as strong as the weakest part of the system. Working on the weakest part of the system (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water or Wood) enables the whole person to come back into balance - body, mind and spirit.

Kinesiology (pronounced Kin-easy-ology) is based on acupuncture principles, but we don't use needles. Instead we use muscle testing as a bio-feedback mechanism in order to test the body for allergies, intolerances and other problems. I get to help people who have digestive and metabolic problems such as yeast infections and I also help with emotional rebalancing and life-issues.

Kinesiology also enables me to do allergy desensitisation. This means I get to work with people who have a very wide range of problems.

Aqua Detox

Aqua Detox is a user-friendly way of detoxifying the body. It quickly reduces the toxic load helping with symptoms such as skin problems, fatigue, lumps and bumps, migraines and headaches. It is the quickest way to remove a hangover! The improved wellbeing experienced means that one is less likely to have colds and flu and other seasonal health problems.

So how does it work? The foot unit resembles a foot spa, but it is linked to an electrical control panel which sends a mild electrical signal into the water. The magnetically charged water gently draws toxins out through the soles of the feet. You will be amazed at how much stuff comes out of the body. The resulting toxic 'soup' can be anything from orange to black and all shades between and often has a 'head' of foam on top.

Reiki Training

In addition to giving Reiki treatments I am also qualified to teach and pass Reiki Attunements up to level III. Reiki training usually takes the form of one to one sessions or Workshops for larger groups. If three or four interested parties book together then a workshop can be arranged.

Reiki Level 1 is very useful for self healing to deal with the every day health issues for which one would normally reach for a tablet; pains, insomnia, stress etc.

Level 2 Reiki is for use in treating others and as such needs to be done over a longer period. Anyone interested in this should contact me directly. A series of Workshops is being planned currently.

Being attuned to Reiki is life-changing. It helps us to move up to a higher level in our life and spiritual development.
