Frequently Asked Questions

How many treatments will I need?

It will vary depending on each person's symptoms and how they respond to different treatments. Usually, the practitioner will assess and give a treatment, then be able to give a guideline as to how to proceed.

A review every few sessions will ensure that both the practitioner and client are happy with their progress.

Occasionally a multi-pronged approach may be used where two treatments run alongside each other for the best outcome.

How soon will I be able to get an appointment?

We aim to see you as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours but certainly within a week.

How much will a treatment cost?

That will vary. Please refer to the Therapies page to see relevant charges for each therapy on offer.

How do I book an appointment?

You can ring the Centre on 01889 567999. If no one is available to speak to you (we may be doing a treatment) then please leave your name, contact telephone number and a message and someone WILL return your call as soon as we can.

How do I know which treatment will be right for me?

The short answer is "We don't know until we've talked to you".

If you ring the Centre you will speak to a practitioner who will be able to guide you towards a relevant treatment. There is no 'one size fits all' here but rest assured, we will do our best. You may try a course of treatment with one person and, after an agreed time - usually 2 or 3 sessions, we will review your progress.

Our main aim is to get you well again and it is important that you and we feel that you are on the right track. However, not all treatments suit every client so it may be better to transfer to another practitioner who may be able to help you better.
