Shiatsu is traditionally a Japanese therapy used to unblock energy in the body.
The treatment helps to improve the energy flow and improve balance in the body using acupressure point and working on the meridians.
It can help with a wide range of conditions from injuries to helping with general symptoms of poor health.
Shiatsu is done on clients wearing loose comfortable clothing and Isabel works on a couch rather than the traditional way of lying on the floor. She also does a shorter seated acupressure massage using a chair.
